Module: Lead Capture / Excel Import

Short Description:
Enabling country code 91 during Excel upload causes blank phone numbers to be treated as duplicates after 91 is automatically added.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the Lead Capture settings.
Enable the 91 country code option.
Prepare an Excel file with 3–4 lead records having the Phone Number field empty.
Upload the Excel file.
Check the imported lead records.
The system adds 91 to the first lead with an empty phone number. For the remaining leads, 91 is also added and they are considered duplicates, causing those records to be rejected/not imported.

Expected Result:
If the Phone Number field is empty, the system should not add the 91 country code. Leads with blank phone numbers should be processed according to the existing phone-number validation rules and should not be incorrectly identified as duplicates.
