Description:
In the Add Sales page, the Serial No field is displayed in the Order Item section, but there is no functionality associated with this field. Since it is not being used, displaying the field creates unnecessary confusion for the user.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to Sales → Add Sales.
Add any product to the Order Item section.
Observe the Serial No column.
The Serial No field is displayed, but there is no functionality available for it.
Expected Result:
The Serial No field should be removed from the Add Sales page if there is no functionality associated with it.
