Preconditions
User logged in
Navigate to Add Lead or Add Deal page

Steps to Reproduce
Go to Lead → Add Lead (or Deals → Add Deal)
Scroll to Owner field
Click on Owner dropdown

Actual Result
Dropdown opens but no owner list is displayed
Only search box shown / empty dropdown

Expected Result
Owner dropdown should display list of available users/owners
User should be able to select an owner
